In order to make the stepping stones you will need quite a bit of supplies. You will need the main ingredients like a round non stick pan, contact paper, glass gem stones, old unused plates, concrete, marine varnish, and chicken wire. Your going to use a hammer to smash the plates either in a bag or under a towel. This is what gives you some of the decorations for the stone. You will put the plate pieces in an arrangement in the pan. Then you will use concrete to put in the pan to make the actual stone part. After sitting for two days you will remove the stone from the pan and have your stepping stone.
