Gardening With Kids (Activities, Projects And Ideas)


With the icy winter winds finally being replaced by the warm breezes of spring comes a beautiful and unique time of year when the trees first burst into blossom. A sort of itch to go outdoors tickles the senses and what better way to enjoy the season than to plant a beautiful garden. Unfortunately with all the electronic devices that can provide distraction so easily children might not so enthusiastic about leaving their beloved devices to play around in the dirt. At Craftionary twenty different gardening projects are presented on how parents can include children in the gardening process while still having it be fun. Some examples of projects include making a butterfly feeder, planters, and birdhouses.
