Everyone has there own unique way to peel eggs. The key to getting the perfect egg peeled is getting it done quickly and leaving no pieces of shell on the egg. Once you have the egg boiled, drain the water from the pot and run the egg under warm water. Now that you can hold the egg, place it in your palm and roll it around on the counter top. Apply pressure as you roll the egg and it will begin to crack. Now peel off one small section and the entire outer shell will come off in one easy pull.
