The recipe for the cake is a rich, moist carrot cake, piled high in 3 layers, then slathered with milk chocolate butter cream icing. Are you drooling yet? Just wait-it gets better-the baker adds Ghirardelli chocolate to the icing. After the icing is complete, the nest is filled with M&Ms…yummy!
