Anyone who has been on an airplane in the last decade has come to either love or loath those precious little Biscoff biscuits that have replaced peanuts as your snack item. This article does a terrific job of shedding a new light, and easy recipe, on those little gems. Making cheesecake has always been one of those “mysterious” recipes for me. I thought it was expensive and time consuming, and that I needed some special cooking qualities to create a decent version of this favorite. No longer is that the truth!
Using Biscoff Biscuits and 4 other easy to find ingredients, along with my everyday utensils, I am now able to create an elegant, individual serving dessert in a snap! And when someone asks me my secret to such a delicious cheesecake? I will have to ask them a simple question- “when was the last time you were on an airplane?”.
