5 Delicious Green Smoothies For Beginners


Green Smoothies, so healthy, so easy to drink your vegetables, and so easy to prepare. They can be mighty tasty too – if you can get people to drink them. These recipes help to get past the yuck factor of the color, and get the family to taste these delicious healthy drinks, because once they taste these smoothies, they will want them all the time.

You can serve the smoothie in a colored glass, or in an opaque cup with a lid and colored straw. These smoothies are mild and fruity,and delicious.


These recipes have some of my favorite smoothie flavors, banana, pineapple, berries, kiwi,the green components complement the fruit flavors. I particularly like the Island Blast, with its banana flavor, Tropical Cleanse, tasting of pineapple and banana, and the Banana-Berry Super Smoothie.
