I have been celebrating Pi Day since my sixth grade teacher first introduced us to it, and I’ve been baking a pie for it ever since. This blog post has gone one better though, a simple tasty lunch pie that’s easy and fast to make! The markets are full of fresh fruit and anything that makes a healthy meal fun for kids is always a plus! The peanut butter crust could be used for so many other recipes too.
